As part owner of the 11 year old production company, Fast Friday Productions (FFP), Erin can be most often be found cracking the whip backstage and at the office. At FFP she dons a multitude of hats--namely Director of Operations, stage director, information specialist extra-ordinaire, and whatever else finds its way to her clipboard. As Ops/Stage/Technical Director and Registration Coordinator for IDKEs 1-4, (shows and registration consultant IDKEs 5 & 7) Erin and her stage/tech teams set standards of efficiency and effectiveness in pre-/live/post-show organization, execution and follow-thru, that has been replicated in scores of gender-bending shows, large and small. Need help setting up that pesky registration flow chart? How to handle the "Pre-Game" revolving door that becomes a concrete dragshow lineup? Could you use some suggestions on how to move 100-plus performers thru two small dressing rooms? Ask Erin -- she's more than willing to help! |
